Zola Jesus: “Night”

It’s bright as hell in Southern California right now but we’re still wearing all black everything. We’d like to think that it’s because we’re out of things to wear, but even a quick check of our hampers will reveal that we’re all secretly goth. And while it’s not cool — pardon the pun — to wear black in this weather, this new video from Zola Jesus makes us glad that our wardrobes are devoid of color. The Wisconsin-based goth by way of noise artist is on her way up our iTunes playlists and if she keeps making tracks and videos like this one, we won’t feel so bad rocking our Sisters of Mercy gear at the beach in a couple of months.
