Every week on The Modern Muse, in-house muse and fashion guru Monique Cortez waxes poetically about her favorite It Girls, European waifs and other noteworthy titans of steez and fashion. This week’s The Modern Muse is Caroline Issa, a wavy-haired Anna Karina, the Executive Fashion Director and publisher of Tank Magazine, Editor-In-Chief of Because Magazine and the inspiration for plenty of puns thought up by the Clement & Co. staff.
