Keeping Your Facebook on Lock

With Facebook seemingly changing privacy settings and regulations on a daily basis, there are probably many of us out there sharing information that we’d rather keep private. Before you go deleting your Facebook profile out of sheer frustration, we’d like to share a nifty tool we stumbled upon. Reclaim Privacy has developed a scanning program to alert you about what you may not know is being shared from your Facebook profile.  We decided to give the scan a spin and to our surprise it was incredibly easy.  After dragging the Reclaim Privacy link into our bookmarks, all we had to do was log into Facebook and click the link we just saved.  A few seconds later we were able to see just what was being exposed to the rest of the world in a very clear manner as well as viewing a one click solution to take us to where we would have to go to fix the issue.

The best part about the privacy scanner is that it’s free and could really save people some headaches navigating through Facebook’s endless privacy setting menus.
