The Cheating Elite

Back in school the pressure to get good grades is always looming over a students head.  While some students put in a great deal of effort into studying to get a good grade others apply equally as much effort into figuring out ways to get away with cheating.  While I for the most part studied for tests, I too showed some ingenuity in cheating back in the day when it came down to certain subjects and pivotal tests.  I once created a bead bracelet made up of different colored beads each representing a specific letter answer on the scantron after receiving the answers from a person who had already taken the test.  Another involved pealing off labels from water bottles to write key terms and equations on the inside of the labels then gluing it back onto the bottle so that every time I took a drink I could read answers.  When I came across this I felt extremely low tech in my cheating methods of old and felt like I had to share.

This definitely puts to shame simple crumpled up pieces of paper and writing answers on the side of shoes. While it is always better to take the time and study because you’ll actually retain the information, there are times were maybe you just can’t remember certain things or simply have more fun creating ways to get around the educational systems all seeing eyes.  I sometimes actually remembered things better after writing them down to cheat and didn’t have to use to sheet at all. Good luck on your next test!
