My Car Produces Oxygen, Take That Plants!
The Shanghai Automotive Industry group has definitely outdone themselves this time with the production of one of the coolest negative emission vehicles to date, “The Leaf.” The vehicle somehow emits oxygen instead of carbon dioxide meaning that plants can no longer boast about being the best oxygen producers on the planet. The Leaf also comes equipped with spinners, thats right, roll down the streets of Compton on blades and be the envy of those around you. Other than making you look like a late 90’s rapper, they serve a purpose of generating electricity. To top it all off, the Leaf is equipped with a laser generator that can transform carbon dioxide into a source of electrical energy to power the lighting in the vehicle. Experts are claiming that the Leaf is unpractical and doesn’t make much sense in the grand scheme of things. If anything, perhaps automotive companies could look at the Leaf’s concept and start implementing certain aspects to take the level of “green” vehicles up a notch. Will this car ever hit the street? Doubtful, and if it did, I’d still choose that awesome eco friendly Porsche over this.
